Stop.
Just for one moment, imagine a world where either Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum is President of the United States of America.
Just imagine.
urgh.

I feel weird tonight. Luckily tiredness is getting the better of me and I hopefully wont be awake for too much longer.
I’m looking forward to getting back home for a few days. I hope my family and my boyfriend are well behaved for my birthday because all I want, in the whole world, is just to have a nice, relaxed time.
I need to work-out tomorrow.
I always feel better after I’ve...
I’m trying to write an email.
There are so many things I want to tell you, so many things I want to try and explain and try and make you understand, but I just can’t put them into words and I’m far too scared of what you have to say to me.
I just deleted 500 words that I had written.
I might try and start again later…
Things I bought today:
Black Play-suit from Miss Selfridge - wore it to my Birthday meal tonight. I LOVE IT. But it’s a size UK14 and although very tight when I haven’t eaten all day, after my meal I was BURSTING. £39
Coral/Pink tie dress from Miss Selfridge £32
Black pumps with gold studs from New Look £15
Burgundy cardigan from New Look £12
Gold vest from Dorothy Perkins £15
Navy blouse from Dorothy...
Chris’ boss is relocating to the middle of Manchester. I have a feeling this will mean the end of Chris working there because he is going to absolutely hate working in the city. Gahh.
Today I went shopping and spent well over £100.
I am never checking my bank balance again.
Ever.
Need to go shopping for clothes for my birthday meal and weekend tomorrow. Going to be another busy day tomorrow!

Honestly must have spent 2 hours looking for the airport in Berlin, and just as I was around the airport hotels the road run out and I couldn’t make it all the way. Devastated.
It’s my 19th birthday in just under a week.
The prospect of going home for three days and seeing my family and having time with my boyfriend and perhaps even seeing some of my friends excites me, probably more than it should do.

I searched “#bbcqt blue”, “#bbcqt fat”, “#bbcqt jesus” along with countless of other variations to see what people on Twitter had to say about my comment.

Fyi folks, I’m not the person to be following if you’re trying to diet, lose weight or otherwise avoid living in the body you’re currently in.
p.s.p.s. sending me anon asks about wanting to lose weight ~magically~ are totally not going to be answered.

Oh shit, I really need to work on my speech and fucking brain.
Got the chance to make my comment and fucked it all up. It’s ok, Emma, it’s only going to be broadcast to millions of people tonight.
I did get to interrupt the Secretary of Justice, Kenneth Clarke, when he completely misunderstood what I said though.

Chris is reading my copy of Stephen Fry’s autobiography (I haven’t got chance to read it yet) and apparently, some way through the book when Fry is living in Manchester and doing his driving lessons - he mentions driving in the suburbs of CHEADLE HULME.
CHEADLE HULME.
CHEADLE HULME IS MY HOMETOWN… like it’s barely even a town, it’s so little and insignificant.
On the ‘Question Time’ audience tomorrow night
Hopefully going to Sheffield with Chris on Friday
Joint birthday celebrations on Tuesday
Going back home (!!!) on the 23rd
Birthday on 26th!
Looking forward to the next week and a bit!

Yesterday I just happened to stumble across the fact that this weeks ‘Question Time’ is in Nottingham, and will have a panel including John Prescott, Ken Clarke and most importantly to me at the moment, Owen Jones, who is a young man who grew up in my home town, has released a book about “the demonization of the working class” and who I find myself very similarly aligned to...
I finally built up the courage to check my module results. I have been pushing it to the back of my mind for too long now.
I didn’t fail anything.
The pass mark is 40% and I got 41% in French and 42% in Understanding Global Politics (module of the devil.) Cutting it close.
All ready to go to the gym, but ipod battery depleted itself while in my drawer and all I want to do is run and listen to stuff with a heavy bass line.

The world would be an unimaginably better place if we stopped putting the interests of BUSINESSES and WEALTHY people over the interests and well-being of EVERYONE ELSE.
